Is there a booking fee to secure our spot?
No. We don't charge a venue hire or booking fee. For large groups and bus tours, use our online bus booking system or call us to secure your designated area.
What makes Mash unique vs other Swan Valley venues?

How far in advance do we lock in food?
All food pre-orders, platter selections and dietary requirements must be finalised and confirmed at least 7 days before your event, so our kitchen team delivers the best dining experience in Henley Brook.
Terms & conditions
We know, this is the part you normally skip. We've kept it brief. We love a good time as much as anyone, but the safety of every guest and our ripper staff comes first.
Cancellations & refunds
Bookings cancelled less than 5 days before a bus tour are charged a $200 cancellation fee. If numbers will change significantly, let us know early as a courtesy.
If your group doesn't attend on the day of a bus tour booking, a $200 non-attendance fee applies.
RSA & anti-social behaviour
Anti-social behaviour at any point of the tour will not be accepted.
Aggression toward staff or patrons means your group will be asked to leave immediately.
Any damage to the venue is automatically charged to your pre-authorisation on NowBookit.
Groups arriving intoxicated or under the influence may be denied entry by security or a manager.
Staff and security reserve the right to refuse service where there are signs of intoxication or drug use.
Conditions of entry
All patrons must present valid, non-expired ID: WA driver's licence, passport or proof-of-age card.
Underage guests must have their legal guardian with them at all times and aren't permitted in the marquee area; other adults can't assume responsibility by law.
No alcohol is to be taken outside the venue, and no outside alcohol brought in.
Smoking in designated areas only.
Make all guests aware of these terms and conditions.
Your responsibility as organiser
Full responsibility for the conduct and behaviour of your group.
Your booking isn't confirmed until the NowBookit pre-authorisation is completed.
Keep your guests to RSA guidelines and aware of anti-social behaviour rules.
You're financially responsible for any damage to the venue or Mash Brewing property.
