Mash is a corporate event venue in Henley Brook, in the heart of the Swan Valley and about 30 minutes from the Perth CBD. A working brewery with marquees, lawns and three function spaces for up to 200 guests. Christmas parties, team days, client lunches and wind ups, all with no booking fee.

Corporate function rooms in the Perth CBD all look the same by 6pm. Mash gives you open air, a working brewhouse in the background and food built for sharing, which does more for a room than another round of canapes under downlights.
We run work functions constantly, from twelve people on a Friday afternoon to full venue Christmas parties. Our functions manager handles the pre orders, the timings and the invoice, so whoever got handed this job at your office has one contact and one payment to deal with.
The bus operators who run the Swan Valley already know us, so getting a group here from the CBD, Malaga or Midland and home again is routine.

The Zoo
Our most popular function space and the go to for a proper Christmas party. Big, lively and made for celebrating, with the atmosphere already built in.
The Parlour
A more contained, characterful space for mid size gatherings. Ideal for a team dinner, a client thank you, or a get together that wants a bit of its own corner. Indoors, so weather is not a factor.
Spaces can be combined, and full venue hire is available on selected dates for larger corporate events. Guests under 18 are not permitted in the marquee area.

Prefer to cap it instead? A bar tab can be set up on arrival to whatever limit you nominate.
Beverage packages must be paired with a pre ordered food package.
All guests in the booking go on the same package. No exceptions.
The package clock starts at your confirmed reservation time, not when the last person walks in.
Cocktails and spirits outside the rail range are charged on consumption.
Service follows RSA legislation and our team can refuse service where required.

Corporate event venue in Henley Brook, Swan Valley
We sit on West Swan Road in Henley Brook, right in the middle of the Swan Valley, about 30 minutes from the Perth CBD and a lot less from the northern and eastern suburbs.
Most Swan Valley venues that take corporate groups are wineries. Mash is a working brewery with a full restaurant, which suits a work function better: no minimum tasting spend, food people actually want after a long day, and enough room to break a group up without booking three separate rooms.
There is parking on site for people driving themselves, and we host bus groups so regularly that the process is well worn. Give us the bus company, the arrival and departure time and where we sit in your run, and the kitchen and bar will be set for you when the doors open.

Where is the venue, and how far is it from Perth?
Mash is at 10250 West Swan Road, Henley Brook WA 6055, in the middle of the Swan Valley and about 30 minutes from the Perth CBD. There is parking on site and we host bus groups constantly.
How many guests can Mash hold for a work function?
Up to 200 in the Beer Garden or The Zoo and 100 in The Parlour. Spaces can be combined and full venue hire is available on selected dates.
What does a corporate function cost per head?
There is no venue hire, so the cost is food plus drinks. A two hour drinks package is $70 per head, three hours is $85 and four hours is $100, with platters priced per platter on top. Send your numbers and format and we will put an exact figure together.
How far ahead should we book a Christmas party?
As early as you can. December Fridays and Saturdays are the first dates to go and they are usually gone months ahead. Weekday bookings hold on longer.
How do we secure the booking?
A pre authorisation of $15 per head through NowBookit holds it. You are not charged provided the terms and conditions are met. Payment for food is made in full on final confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bus tour bookings cancelled within five days of the date are charged a $200 cancellation fee, and a $200 non attendance fee applies if the group does not arrive. Let us know as early as you can if numbers change significantly.
Can we run a presentation or play music?
Speeches are no problem, and you can run a presentation. Your own music is welcome in The Zoo and the marquee areas, with final approval from management. We can accommodate most requests, so get in touch and we will finalise the details with you.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Vegetarian and gluten free options are available and we will work around most requirements with notice. Flag them with your pre order. Our kitchen is not coeliac safe, so we cannot guarantee a coeliac safe meal.
Can we bring our own drinks or a cake?
No outside alcohol comes into the venue and none can leave. Talk to us about cakes and we will sort it out.
What are the conditions of entry?
All guests need valid photo ID. Groups arriving intoxicated will be refused entry, and our staff can refuse service at any point under RSA. The person who books is responsible for the conduct of the group and for any damage to the venue.
