Food Orders
For bookings over 15 pax we require pre-orders for all food. Please note that all food pre orders require at least 7 days notice in order to be processed. Our dedicated functions and events manager will contact you ahead of the booking date to confirm any pre order and to arrange for a payment in advance to be made.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We know, this is the part where you normally stop reading. We understand so have kept it brief and in point form. We like having fun as much as the next person, but one thing we do take very seriously is the safety of every guest and our ripper staff. So, have a read, sign at the bottom and let the good times roll.
Cancellations and refunds
● Any bookings that cancel less than 5 days before the date of their bus tour will be charged the cancellation fee ($200) If you think your numbers will change significantly, please let us know in enough time as courtesy.
● Upon the day of your bus tour booking, if your group does not attend Mash for their event, you will be charged a non-attendance fee ($200)
RSA and Anti-social behaviour
● Anti-social behaviour at any point of the tour will not be accepted.
● If aggression is shown to staff or other patrons your group will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
● Any damage to the venue will be automatically charged to your pre-authorisation on our NowBookit platform.
● Please be advised that if upon arrival your group is either intoxicated, under the influence you will be denied entry from security or a manager on duty.
● Our staff/security in the venue reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol if there are any signs of intoxication or drug use.
Conditions of entry
● All patrons must present a valid, non-expired form of ID or that individual will be denied entry. Acceptable forms include a WA driver’s license, passport, or proof of age card.
● If there are any underage guests, we require their legal guardian to be with them at all times. And are not permitted in the marquee area. Other adults can't assume responsibility by law.
● Make all guests aware of these terms and conditions.
● No alcohol is to be taken outside the venue.
● Smoking only in designated areas.
● No outside alcohol is to be brought into the venue.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As the designated organizer for your group your responsibilities include:
● Full responsibility for the conduct and behavior of your group members.
● Your booking is not confirmed until the pre-authorization is completed with NowBookit
● Responsibility to ensure your guests of any anti-social behavior and keep to RSA guidelines.
● You are financially responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue or any other property owned by Mash Brewing.

WHAT NEXT?
We will get back to you. We do require a $15 Per Head Pre Authorisation to Secure your Booking. Don't worry you will not be charged if all T&C's are fulfilled. Look out for our Email or Text Message.
