Overview - Where does Mash come from ?
At Mash, we take our name from the process itself. We brew beer using a brewing technique called full mash brewing – which means that the beer is brewed from scratch – using just traditional raw materials. This technique is the most natural way to brew beer and brewers have been doing it for thousands of years, so why change a great thing! In brewers speak, the Mash is also one of the first parts of the brewing process on brew day when the malted grain is mixed with water – but more of that later. For now – the beer itself. Most importantly, Mash beer is all natural with no artificial preservatives or additives used in making our beer. We use only the freshest raw materials so not only does Mash beer taste fresh and natural, your body will surely thank you for drinking naturally brewed beer. So, what is our objective here at Mash brewing? Simple- to brew the best possible quality natural and tasty beers for everyone’s enjoyment – and have fun doing it!

With such a well known and healthy option in brewing, Mash chose to adopt the name of the technique as it enables consumers to understand at first hand the objective of the establishment and the dedication of brewer Dan Turley in making a significant splash in the brewing industry.
